1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ef888 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using any part of ef888 – including the website at ef888.vu, the Android mobile app, or any related service – you confirm that you accept these Terms in full and without reservation.

2 Eligibility

To register and use ef888, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account at ef888. Creating duplicate accounts – whether under the same name, email address, device, payment method or household – is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure without refund.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ef888 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, including during account registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. This may involve requesting a copy of a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ef888 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and debit or credit cards. No currency conversion is applied; amounts deposited and withdrawn are in PKR.

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your financial institution. ef888 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This is to prevent money laundering and to maintain payment consistency. Before a withdrawal can be processed, any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met. ef888 reserves the right to request identity verification before releasing withdrawal funds.

• Minimum deposit amount: PKR 500 (subject to payment provider minimums)

• Withdrawal processing time: typically within 24–72 hours after verification
• ef888 does not accept third-party payments – deposits must come from an account registered in your own name

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ef888 offers bonuses, free bets and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria, which may include minimum deposit amounts, specific payment methods or account activity thresholds.
• Abuse: ef888 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting or any attempt to exploit promotional offers.

ef888 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in progress at the time of modification.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on ef888's Sports Betting section – covering Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other available markets – are subject to the betting rules displayed at the point of placing the bet. By confirming a bet, you accept the odds and terms applicable at that moment.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where ef888 explicitly offers a cash-out feature for the relevant market. Odds are set by ef888 and are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet.

• ef888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already started where the player was aware of the outcome at the time of placing the bet.
• In the event of a technical fault during a live game or casino session, ef888 will use server-side records to determine the outcome. The decision of ef888 is final in such circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
• Live Casino games are provided by third-party certified providers. Game outcomes are determined by the provider's certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer actions. ef888 does not manipulate game outcomes.

7 Prohibited Conduct
